£50 non-refundable deposit required for each apartment on booking confirmation (part of full payment).
A refundable damage deposit of £100 for each apartment booked is required at time of payment of full balance.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period.
Payments to be made by bank transfer (account details will be supplied on confirmation
of booking) or by sterling cheque if drawn on a UK bank.
Please note, no pets are allowed in the complex.
